Hello, PinkBird is a one-mama operation born out of my former online handmade jewelry shop. I have always loved vintage housewares, clothes, and toys, and have been collecting things I love for many years. I seek out unique, rare, fun, and collectable treasures (especially vintage toys and house wares!) My love of vintage stems from a special nostalgia I have for a time before I was born, but that my grandparents revelled in. I also hand-make jewelry and accessories in limited quantities. Currently, I am "de-stashing" and selling lots of crafty supplies and vintage goodies! I also have a young child and I am feeling some "reverse nesting," -- trying to reduce some of the things I own!

I like vintage things and things that are a bit worn or "lived in." I see beauty in the imperfect, transitory, and incomplete. It is about beauty that is hidden, subtle, and almost invisible at first glance. There are amazing wonders and magic spells that open up the secret joys concealed in the passing moments of everyday routine.
